India, and drives the APAC ex India GRS PMO across facilities and lifecycle projects. You will lead and manage the on-site CBRE Facilities team, align with Global initiatives, and advance the real estate strategy in collaboration with the Global Transaction Team, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Facilities Project Management/Real Estate in an MNC.
• PMO leadership experience with at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC ex India GRS PMO portfolio and governance.
• Lead regional facilities operations and capital projects delivery.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with Global Transaction Team on real estate strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across APAC.
• Prepare and present reports for senior leadership.
