Job summary

State Street Singapore seeks an Assistant Vice-President, Global Realty Services, PMO and Asset Manager for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei, reporting to the VP – Global Realty Services, APAC ex India.

You will lead the APAC ex India GRS PMO, ensuring facilities and capital fit-out/refurbishment/life-cycle projects are delivered on time and within governance standards, while aligning with global initiatives and overseeing onsite CBRE Facilities Operations and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Project Management, Facilities, Real Estate, Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of facilities project management/real estate in an MNC.
• Proven PMO leadership with at least 3 years in PMO.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC PMO portfolio management and prioritization.
• Define and enforce APAC project governance and charters.
• Monitor budgets and timelines; drive on-time project delivery.
• Lead onsite CBRE Facilities Team and manage operating budgets.
• Coordinate data analytics and reporting for regional teams.
• Support regional stakeholder communications and governance.
