Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Assistant Vice-President for Global Realty Services, PMO and Asset Manager to lead APAC ex India PMO and oversee facilities operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. You will drive project delivery, governance, and real estate strategy in collaboration with the Global Transaction Team.

The role requires strong leadership across regional teams, budget oversight, and a track record of successful real estate projects within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Facilities Project Management or Real Estate in a multinational environment.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC PMO – APAC ex India: strategy, governance, and delivery of projects.
• Lead onsite CBRE Facilities Team and manage facilities operating budgets.
• Support data analytics and reporting for regional teams.
