Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years' relevant asset management experience.

• Experience presenting to Board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

Job description

A real estate asset management firm managing a diversified portfolio of retail and commercial properties across Singapore and overseas markets, focused on driving long-term value creation and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute asset management strategies to optimize income, enhance asset value, and maintain long-term competitiveness across assigned properties.
• Monitor performance metrics (occupancy, leasing, rental reversion, yields, capital value) and prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Evaluate capex projects, asset enhancement initiatives, and redevelopment opportunities to identify value-creation opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with property management, leasing, marketing, and finance teams, while conducting market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare board papers, management reports, and presentations; support valuation exercises, acquisitions/divestments, and due diligence as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field, with 5+ years' relevant experience in asset management, leasing, or real estate.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and NPI analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modelling, scenario analysis); Power BI/Tableau experience a plus.
• Solid grasp of property valuation principles, ideally with Singapore and/or Australian market knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for Board-level reporting, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
