Job summary

Schaeffler (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Real Estate & Facility Management professional to coordinate space requirements and support multi-year planning.

You will manage leases, analyze financial data, and drive standardized reporting while aligning with regional and HQ standards. The role requires strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in commercial real estate, incl. 5+ in a multinational setting.
• Experience in a multidimensional matrix organization.
• Proven project planning and project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Experience analyzing financial data related to real estate and contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Effective interpersonal and influencing abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate space requirements for AP initiatives aligning with processes and policies.
• Assist in real estate planning with multi-year roadmaps and scenario analyses.
• Track project status, milestones, and internal reporting.
• Establish templates and standardized reporting practices.
• Support locating opportunities, manage lease renewals, terminations, and projects aligned with footprint plans.
• Maintain processes: Appendix 5/CLM, approvals, business cases, signatures; support new office concepts.
• Maintain Real Estate IT systems (Planon, Power BI, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with regional/HQ standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, HQ, landlords, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations of commercial terms with legal support to protect interests.
• Proactively resolve renewals issues and manage escalations.
