Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Recruiter to become our first Talent Acquisition partner in Singapore. You will lead critical hiring across APJ, partnering with our General Manager and senior leaders, and own Go-to-Market and executive searches.

You will shape talent strategy, build networks, and influence leaders with market intelligence. This senior individual contributor role reports to the APJ GTM Senior Director.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on recruiting experience within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment, with deep GTM talent knowledge across APJ and Singapore.
• Strong ability to partner with senior executives and translate business priorities into talent strategies.
• Proven track record of owning complex senior and executive searches and building talent pipelines.
• Comfortable presenting market intelligence to influence leadership decisions and hiring priorities.
• Willingness to be on-site in Singapore 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APJ leadership to translate business priorities into talent strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Own critical APJ hiring across GTM and other priority functions end-to-end.
• Lead high-impact, senior and executive searches with market mapping and engagement.
• Build deep talent intelligence and networks across Singapore and APJ.
• Use data and recruiting expertise to challenge assumptions and inform leadership decisions.
• Drive improvements in hiring quality and speed while aligning with global teams.
