• Experience building territories, comp plans, and quotas for GTM teams.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Embed GTM strategy and operations for APJ sales and GTM team.
• Build forecasting cadences, pipeline reviews, territory design, quota frameworks, and visibility.
• Lead regional projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across APJ revenue.
• Partner with Finance, Enablement, Data to plan GTM strategy and resources for ANZ and APJ.
• Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales performance.
