Job summary

Based in Singapore, you will translate executive connections into transformative engagements and oversee multi-workstream delivery. You will shape opportunities worth SGD 3M+ and guide client journeys from first contact to signing, ensuring outcomes, commercial soundness, and long-term partnerships that scale Data & AI solutions
Qualifications
- Seasoned enterprise leader advising executives in Singapore market.
- Proven track record of leading large multi-workstream data transformation engagements.
- Strong consulting sales experience and executive relationship networks.
- Understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and modernisation strategies.
- Ability to qualify, pursue, and close opportunities aligned with outcomes.
- Experience with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks and Snowflake partners.
- Expertise in delivery leadership, change management and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise opportunities across Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities.
- Maintain strategic oversight of delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and clients engaged.
- Develop compelling proposals and SoWs with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets, forecasts, and risk.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering an inclusive, innovative culture.
