Job summary

Monks, a global digital-first agency, is seeking a Business Director to lead and grow APAC client accounts from our Singapore office. You will be the strategic partner for campaigns across strategy, creative, and production, shaping long-term growth for major portfolios.

You will champion transformational digital campaigns, manage multi-brand FMCG accounts, and collaborate with senior producers and tech directors to scope, quote, and deliver targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production.
• Experience working with clients across the APAC market.
• Experience writing proposals and presenting solutions from technical or creative perspectives.
• Ability to manage digital production projects in fast-paced environments with senior support.
• Interest in new technologies and ability to scope targets, quotes, and timings.
• Strong strategic mind and presentation skills to win partners for Monks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients for strategy, creative, and production.
• Engage new production projects, propose transformational solutions, assess feasibility, and drive change.
• Develop innovative digital work across the customer decision journey for product launches and brand campaigns.
• Grow an essential FMCG company across multiple brands and manage multiple accounts, ensuring work exceeds expectations.
• Deliver against monthly and annual targets and grow accounts for long-term success.
