Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is recruiting a regional Workplace Experience Platform leader to guide APAC adoption, maturity, and consistency of the Workplace Experience platform across markets.

The role partners with Account Management, Facilities Management, and Solutioning to design client-specific programs, scale best practices, and translate client SOWs and KPIs into service delivery. Will mentor regional teams and collaborate with global leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university.
• 10-15 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, hospitality, workplace experience, or conference services.
• Experience working in regionally distributed or global roles required.
• Demonstrated balance of strategic leadership and hands on delivery.
• Ability and willingness to travel across APAC as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workplace Experience Platform leadership and serve as SME for APAC.
• Drive adoption, consistency, and maturity of the Workplace Experience platform across APAC.
• Act as a trusted regional advisor to internal leadership and senior client stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Management, Facilities Management, and Solutioning teams to design and implement client specific Workplace Experience programs.
• Leverage global best practices to customize client playbooks, define roles, responsibilities, and service standards for onsite teams.
• Ensure understanding of client SOWs, contractual obligations, and KPIs to meet and exceed expectations.
• Support client transitions, transformations, and expansions.
• Support regional business development through solution design and executive storytelling.
• Present Workplace Experience strategies to senior client audiences across APAC.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing portfolios.
