• Deep APAC market experience in asset management and wholesale/institutional client context.
• Proven leadership of client-facing teams and transformation efforts.
• Strong knowledge of client servicing models, processes, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the APAC CX strategy aligned to global CX vision.
• Lead the APAC CX team (Client Directors/Associates) and shape scalable servicing models.
• Manage a small client book and oversee high-quality servicing across APAC institutional/wholesale segments.
• Uphold governance, risk controls, and MI to drive performance.
