Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional team seeks a seasoned sales professional to acquire and manage global institutional and VIP clients. You will expand relationships, analyze client needs, and coordinate with partners worldwide, including event hosting to attract new customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in sales with international financial experience, strong communication, and a passion for crypto. Remote-first roles may involve travel to meet clients and attend bespoke events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working experience in sales and client services with international background
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in acquiring new institutional or VIP clients
• Able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Familiar with hosting events to acquire customers
• Crypto industry interest is a plus

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and needs assessment
• Build customer service processes and track key customer status
• Analyze user behavior and provide product feedback to internal teams
