Pave Bank is seeking a high-calibre institutional sales professional to drive growth and strategy across global clients. You will own the full sales lifecycle, originating and closing multi-currency and digital asset solutions for exchanges, OTC desks, funds, fintechs, and corporates.

Working with senior leadership, you will ensure insights inform commercial priorities and collaborate with product, treasury, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-volume solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage experience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value institutional accounts.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlement and treasury flows.

Responsabilités

• Drive institutional adoption of multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, and digital asset solutions.
• Lead and close high-value institutional opportunities with exchanges, OTC desks, funds, fintechs, and corporates.
• Structure multi-entity cross-border solutions including settlement and custody workflows.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and revenue models to support growth.
• Translate institutional requirements into scalable banking and digital asset solutions with product/engineering teams.
• Shape client strategy through market mapping and expansion opportunities across key verticals.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes and playbooks as the bank grows.
• Support development of junior talent and future team scale.
