Qualifications

• 5–7 years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or commercial strategy within tech.
• Proven track record running cross-market programs with no direct authority.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills; proficient with AI tools for strategic analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills to senior sales and strategy executives.
• Adaptable self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize multi-year APAC growth strategies across six markets.
• Drive the regional OKR process to translate strategic ambitions into measurable results.
• Manage cross-functional projects with dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Create high-impact executive communications, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to build analytical models, streamline reporting, and derive insights.
• Combine internal metrics with market data to surface regional growth drivers.
• Track APAC macro trends, tech shifts, and customer dynamics to assess impacts.
• Evaluate addressable market opportunities and challenge growth assumptions.
• Utilize AI analytics to identify data patterns and accelerate research.
