Job summary

CHAGEE in Singapore leads end-to-end APAC supply chain operations, overseeing demand planning, purchasing, and regional strategy execution. You will build strong supplier and logistics partnerships, monitor performance, and guide cross-country teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in supply chain with APAC regional exposure, strong negotiation and analytics, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years in supply chain with 3–5 years in a regional APAC role in Food & Beverage.
• Experience in demand forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and distribution planning.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle and SCM tools.
• Ability to lead virtual teams across countries and travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across APAC, including demand planning and purchasing.
• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify cost savings, efficiency gains, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with Markets, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance resilience and agility of the supply chain.
• Mentor local supply chain teams and promote excellence and accountability.
