Job summary

PIMCO Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior HR leader to advance People Operations across APAC. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, drive transformational initiatives, and lead a regional team of HR Associates to deliver high‑quality service.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, global environment. You will partner with APAC HR Business Partners and Global HR teams to standardize processes, deploy AI-enabled solutions, and improve

Qualifications

Significant experience in People Operations, HR service delivery, HR generalist, or HRBP enablement roles, with regional or global scope.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and acting as a player‑coach.
Strong technical capability across HR systems and platforms (Workday, ServiceNow experience strongly preferred).
Proven experience leading transformation, automation, or large‑scale process change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own regional execution of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, contingent worker operations, and related Workday transactions.
Oversee case management, escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and root causes are addressed.
Lead HR transformation initiatives across APAC, including automation and AI‑enabled solutions.
Lead and develop a team of APAC HR Associates, setting priorities, expectations, and performance standards.
Define, monitor, and manage KPIs and success metrics across service delivery and employee experience.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across HR and the business.
