Chain IQ in Singapore seeks a Transition & Transformation Manager to lead multi-country procurement programs across APAC from our Singapore office. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex transition and transformation programs.
• University degree; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across APAC.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

As a Transition & Transformation Manager , you will lead complex, multi-country procurement transition and transformation programs across the APAC region from our Singapore office. You will have end-to-end accountability for the successful mobilization, planning, execution, stabilization, and transformation of client engagements, ensuring seamless service transitions and sustainable business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple countries, cultures, and business units. You will drive operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic transformation initiatives that enhance procurement performance and deliver measurable value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of transition and transformation programs, including mobilization, planning, governance, execution, stabilization, risk management, and benefits realization across multiple APAC countries
• Lead transition and transformation projects, working cross-functionally to optimize global operations and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations during transition phases.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Manage change and transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, systems, and services throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop and execute transformation strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation through strategic procurement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across procurement operations.

Program & Change Management

• Manage large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units.
• Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP) to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and business alignment.
• Facilitate governance meetings, transformation workshops, and executive briefings.
• Act as a change agent, guiding stakeholders through the transformation journey with empathy and clarity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex transition and/or transformation programs, ideally within procurement managed services, business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, or consulting environments
• University degree, ideally with certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), or TQM.
• Strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results under continuous change.
• Strong communication skills, adapting to different audiences and business needs.
• Proven leadership capabilities in guiding teams through transformation and transition challenges.
• Collaborative team player who fosters an open and supportive environment.
• High motivation for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country APAC transitions involving cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience establishing transition governance frameworks, operating models, and service readiness plans for large-scale client engagements.
