Job summary

The role oversees regional growth, design of operating models, governance, talent development, and stakeholder management across Southeast and South Asia, including India, with a focus on building high-performing regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a director-level leadership role within the AEC, consulting, or project-based professional services industry.
• Experience leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives and M&A transactions.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end business integration, organizational transformation, and cross-entity improvements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and value-creation experience.
• Ability to build organizational structures and high-performing regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of PMI initiatives across APAC, ensuring alignment of operations, processes, and culture.
• Drive integration of entities to maximize synergies and growth.
• Develop and implement a standardized operating model, governance framework, and performance management across offices.
• Establish policies and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to define regional growth strategies.
• Oversee business performance and organizational development across SEA, South Asia, and India.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional leadership team.
• Drive talent acquisition and succession planning to strengthen regional capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries with effective change management.
• Advise the Singapore MD on organizational design, transformation initiatives, and regional optimization.
