Job summary

MENRVA PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced operations leader to head APAC trading support across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Manila. You will own end-to-end support for broker- and trader-facing platforms, including onboarding, trade management, system configuration, and incident resolution.

Lead a distributed team, drive automation and data-driven practices, and ensure rapid, accurate service across five asset classes: Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, and Energy & Commodities.

Qualifications

• Solid L1-2 support and incident management experience across trading applications and market data systems.
• Hands-on Credit products expertise including corporate/sovereign bonds, CDS, credit indices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/workflow platforms.
• Proven stakeholder management skills at traders, brokers, and senior leadership levels.
• Experience building and leading high-performing distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1-2 support delivery across multiple asset classes, ensuring incidents and requests meet SLAs.
• Act as primary escalation point for business-critical issues, coordinating stakeholders to resolution.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between support and development teams to improve service outcomes.
• Define and continually improve operational procedures, controls, and support processes.
• Champion ServiceNow and automation initiatives to lift service quality and reporting.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams on upcoming developments and support readiness.
• Own risk, audit, and compliance matters within the team.
• Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team; optimise resourcing.
