Mistral is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for APAC to build and scale teams across Singapore, Korea, India, Australia and Japan. You will work across roles, geographies, and levels, shaping our recruiting strategy and executing at scale.

You'll sit at the intersection of recruiting strategy and execution, getting a seat at the table with hiring managers, and driving a strong candidate experience while documenting best practices and playbooks for the region.

Formación

• 7+ years total recruiting experience across agencies, startups and enterprise environments.
• Ability to hire at high throughput at scale without compromising quality.
• Self-starter with initiative and risk tolerance.
• Technical recruiting focus: FDE, SWE, MLE, Research Eng, Applied Science.
• Experience with tooling and automation, scalable systems thinking.
• Experience recruiting in competitive talent markets and international contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ego-free and committed to delivering.
• Able to work from strategic to hands-on.
• Fast learner with ability to grasp complex topics quickly.
• Influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Organized, disciplined, and strong project management.
• Comfortable in a small, growing startup with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hiring for Applied AI and Solutions across APAC, with flexibility for GTM and Corporate roles.
• Partner with tech and business hiring managers to source world-changing talent.
• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, closing.
• Identify unique candidates with entrepreneurial spirit and passion.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and showcase Mistral.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and docs.
• Use data to diagnose issues and propose improvements.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience in a competitive market.
• Collaborate to raise hiring standards.
• Contribute to defining APAC talent acquisition strategy.
