Job summary

Mistral is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our APAC recruiting across Singapore, Korea, India, Australia, and Japan. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and drive processes that ensure high-quality hires while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will influence senior stakeholders, define recruiting best practices for APAC, and contribute to GTM and corporate roles as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total recruiting experience across agencies, startups, and enterprise environments.
• Ability to hire at high throughput at scale without compromising quality.
• Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
• Deep technical recruiting experience: FDE, SWE, MLE, Research Eng, Applied Science.
• Comfort with tooling and automation, thinks in systems and scale.
• Experience recruiting in highly competitive talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Applied AI and Solutions across APAC.
• Partner with tech & business hiring managers to find world-changing talent.
• Drive sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Identify unique candidates with entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and showcase Mistral as an employer of choice.
• Refine recruiting processes, tools, and documentation for efficiency.
• Use data to diagnose process issues and propose improvements.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a competitive market.
• Collaborate to raise hiring standards and evolve APAC recruiting approaches.
