Job summary

BitGo in Singapore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve institutional clients across APAC. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support to drive adoption and maximize value from our crypto custody and digital asset platform.

You will develop strategic success plans, lead quarterly business reviews with executives and technical stakeholders, monitor usage health, and pursue renewals and expansions to ensure long-term customer success in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

Experience guiding customers through complex transitions.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
Experience managing high-value portfolios and renewals.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated advisor to institutional clients, helping them optimize BitGo offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
Develop tailored success plans with KPIs to track progress and value.
Lead quarterly business reviews with executives and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales to identify renewals and upsell opportunities.
Work with Solutions Engineering to onboard and activate new accounts.
Translate client feedback into product improvements and mitigate churn.
