Job summary

OpenFX is hiring a Client Success Associate, APAC to retain and grow institutional clients across APAC. You will manage relationships end-to-end, understand client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive success while growing OpenFX’s APAC institutional book.

You will leverage AI-enabled insights to automate routines, identify opportunities, and raise the standard for client success across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fintech or financial services.
• 5+ years of total professional experience across account management, sales, consulting, and business operations.
• Proven ability to use data to understand client health and surface risks/opportunities.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools as part of daily work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a book of clients independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients across APAC.
• Build and maintain account growth plans per client’s business model and priorities.
• Drive proactive engagement to ensure high-quality client relationships.
• Deeply understand each client's business to uncover opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Analyze client data to identify volume growth and product adoption opportunities.
• Develop and execute cross-sell strategies for new currency pairs and products.
• Coordinate with Product and Ops to resolve client issues promptly.
