Job summary

Crocs Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC to lead end-to-end recruitment for our APAC corporate functions. You will partner with APAC leaders to define strategies, build pipelines, and deliver best-in-class hiring experiences across the region.

You will join the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, shaping programs, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring consistency in processes while delivering strategic insights and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in APAC, ideally with a global consumer goods/retail brand.
• Experience building and guiding high-performing TA teams.
• Ability to act strategically and tactically with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy for APAC, aligning with HR and leaders.
• Manage leadership requisitions and build pipelines of senior talent.
• Mentor and develop the TA team to drive performance.
• Drive efficiency with sourcing resources and governance.
• Provide market insights, talent branding, and workforce planning for APAC.
