Crocs Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC to lead full lifecycle recruitment for corporate functions across APAC. You will partner with regional leaders, deliver market insights, and shape strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in APAC, preferably in a global consumer goods or retail brand.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with clear goals and development.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment methodologies: sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and selection.
• Experience with global ATS, CRM and AI/technology platforms.

SUMMARY:

The Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC willbe responsible forfull lifecycle recruitment and talentattraction for our corporate functions in APAC. This leader will serve as a strategic partner for our regional APAC leaders across the business providing market insights and building strategies to proactively attract top talent. As amember ofthe Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT), you will play an active role in developing our talented team, driving talent strategies, andensureprograms and processes are consistent, driving the delivery of best-in-classcandidateand hiring experiences. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition APAC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Works closely with HR and functional leaders to align and prioritize APAC talent needs, ensuring function and market specific recruitment strategies are well managed and executed.
• Activelyparticipatesand managesleadershiprequisitions, offeringstrategicpartnershipto keystakeholders.Identify and engage with prospective candidates who are category and industry experts for networking and pipeline initiatives.
• TeamLeadership: Drive consistency across the corporate TA function. Offer mentorship to foster the professional growth and performance of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness with our sourcing team; both our strategy and resources.
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast ofretail, fashionand consumer product industry talent trends and market dynamics, offering strategic talent insights to sourcing talent.
• Brand Ambassador: Leverage market insights to inform our talent brand strategy. Actively participate in new and innovative ways to position Crocs, Inc. as an employer of choice.
• Workforce Planning: Partner withAPAC HR team during the AOP processto accurately forecast hiring needs, aligning with business growth projections and strategicobjectives.
• Leverage and apply data analytics to track recruitment metrics,identifytrends, and measure the efficiency of talent acquisition strategies.
• Fuels Strategy:Operatesin the now but thinks, plans, and acts with a focus on the long-view, sustainability, outstanding outcomes, and scaling the business.
• Communicate with Impact:Experience working with various leaders. Ability to tailor detail and transparency in communications, depending on audience and circumstances.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 8+years of talent acquisition experience in APAC, preferably with experience in a global consumer good or retail brand.
• Experience in developing a high-performing team; including setting goals, providing feedback, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.
• A committed individual who can work effectively at both strategic and tacticallevels andis not hesitant to act and collaborate with the team.
• Extensive knowledge of standard methodologies in recruitment; including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Experience working with global Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM and other AI/technology platforms.
