Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Recruiting Director (APAC) to lead Talent Acquisition strategy for Global Technology Sales and Global Business Services across APAC. You will manage a recruiting leadership team, ensure systems hygiene, and drive hiring goals through analytics and change management.

You will design regional strategies, partner with business leaders, build talent pools, and promote a high-performing, compliant recruiting function across APAC.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Ability to engage and lead senior executives, including OC members, in Gartner's initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple relationships and volume vacancies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage team to maintain rigor in process and compliance.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building in a global, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leaders and recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Design and implement region-specific recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report on hiring performance with continuous improvements.
• Partner with APAC leaders and HRPs to forecast workforce demands and build talent pools.
• Oversee recruitment operations ensuring process efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
