Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global consumer organization to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager in Singapore. This strategic, hands‑on role leads recruitment across APAC markets for corporate and retail functions, partnering with business leaders to support growth.

You will own the full lifecycle from planning to onboarding, develop sourcing strategies, and strengthen employer branding while ensuring efficient processes and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably across multiple countries.
• Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder management track record.
• Experience recruiting for consumer brands or in-house roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines across APAC markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to support growth and organizational objectives.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
