This role builds future-ready talent pipelines through proactive mapping, market intel, and executive sourcing for leadership roles. Partnership with regional business leaders and Global Talent Acquisition ensures alignment with worldwide frameworks and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including APAC exposure.
• Experience managing TA teams and leading strategic hiring initiatives.
• Proven ability in talent mapping, pipelining, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a comprehensive TA strategy for the APAC region.
• Build future-ready talent pipelines via mapping, market intelligence and strategic sourcing for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and Global TA/HR to align with frameworks and governance.
• Drive employer branding, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
