Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC & Middle East to drive the TA strategy across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and the Middle East. Lead a geographically dispersed team, partner with business leaders, and shape Capco’s employer brand across regional talent markets.

You will manage recruitment operations, optimize processes, and ensure a data-driven, cost-conscious approach while delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-country recruitment teams.
• Experience recruiting in consulting/financial services/tech is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the regional TA strategy aligned with Capco30 growth priorities.
• Lead and coach a dispersed APAC & MEA TA team with a focus on inclusion and high performance.
• Hands-on involvement in senior and critical searches.
• Streamline recruitment processes to deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
• Leverage data, technology and responsible AI to improve speed and quality.
