Job summary

Crocs Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC to lead full lifecycle recruitment for corporate functions across APAC. You will partner with regional leaders, deliver market insights, and shape strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in APAC, preferably in a global consumer goods or retail brand.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with clear goals and development.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment methodologies: sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and selection.
• Experience with global ATS, CRM and AI/technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy with HR and functional leaders to align APAC hiring needs.
• Manage leadership requisitions and partner with stakeholders to build pipelines.
• Drive consistency across the corporate TA function and mentor the team.
• Enhance sourcing strategy and resources for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide market intelligence on retail/fashion/consumer product talent trends.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to position Crocs as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate on workforce planning during APAC annual operating plan.
• Leverage data analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and improve hiring efficiency.
• Foster long-term thinking with sustainability and scalable business outcomes.
