Job summary

DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support APAC hiring and HR operations. The role combines recruitment coordination with onboarding and HR documentation, ensuring accurate records and a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with Recruitment, HR, and stakeholders to coordinate hiring activities, interview logistics, onboarding, and regional HR processes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or related HR function.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, departments and locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, including technical assessments, coding interviews, and project-based evaluations.
• Monitor interview schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
• Support candidates during the interview process by providing timely communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and partner with internal travel teams as needed.
• Assist candidates with expense reimbursement processes and provide guidance on required documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Greenhouse and Workday.
• Support recruitment events, including Super Days, hiring initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and recruiting operations and reporting initiatives.
• Support onboarding processes and partner with HR Ops and other teams to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
• Deliver onboarding communications and conduct weekly orientation schedules.
