MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Associate to support recruitment and HR operations across APAC.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, benefits and payroll support. Hands-on experience using Workday is essential. The role involves managing recruitment activities in Workday, conducting interviews, coordinating checks, and preparing offer letters and job descriptions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven recruitment experience with exposure to HR operations.
• Hands-on experience using Workday is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC recruitment activities, including managing recruitment in Workday, posting jobs, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
• Conduct onsite and video interviews for entry- and mid-level positions.
• Coordinate reference checks, background screening and credit checks.
• Prepare offer analyses using market data and internal comparisons; draft offer letters and confidentiality agreements.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientations.
• Maintain employee information in Workday and ensure HR records are accurate and confidential.
• Assist employees with benefits enrolment; support payroll liaison with vendors and timelines.
• Provide guidance to APAC employees on HR matters.
