Western Union is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition APAC to lead high-volume recruitment across the APAC region. You will manage 5–7 Talent Partners, drive performance, and deliver scalable TA strategies to support growth and workforce planning.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive large-scale hiring programs, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while aligning with local regulations.

Formación

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including high-volume programs.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, leading recruiters.
• Proven success managing teams of 7–10 recruiters or more.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to drive quality, speed, and delivery.
• Own recruitment delivery across APAC and achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for large-scale, high-volume programs across functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce requirements into TA plans.
• Drive market expansions, ramp-ups, site launches, and transformation initiatives.
