Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks an experienced HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to lead recruitment across APAC, partnering with business leaders to align hiring with organ­izational goals.

The role involves shaping employer branding, advising on compensation concepts with Mercer methodologies, and steering HRIS-related initiatives. Some travel to regional offices is expected, and success requires a strategic, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with focus on recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR practices and regional regulations.
• Basic C&B exposure, Mercer methodologies.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent across APAC subsidiaries.
• Enhance recruitment processes given limited access to ATS.
• Source, evaluate, propose and justify new recruitment tools or systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure strong candidate fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Experience with SuccessFactors RCM is an advantage.
• Provide C&B advisory support and salary design aligned with Mercer practices.
• Collaborate on employer branding across HR functions to strengthen the value proposition.
• Act as HRBP to APAC business and subsidiaries; travel as required.
