Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Attraction & Recruitment professional to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across APAC subsidiaries, aligning with business needs and approved budgets.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with Heads of Department, and review processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience, including technology considerations and salary packaging support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with regional HR functions across APAC markets is advantageous.
• Foundational knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract talent across APAC subsidiaries.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and ensure strong candidate fit.
• Review and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment tools or platforms to support hiring needs.
• Provide HR advisory support to hiring managers and leaders and support salary proposal preparation.
• Travel across APAC may be required.
