Job summary

Global Payments seeks a senior strategy professional to lead corporate strategy development, strategic planning, and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venturing activities. You will collaborate with the executive team to define the mission, vision, goals, and a plan to win, while shaping mid- to long-range plans and pipelines.

You will perform qualitative, quantitative, and financial analyses, develop comprehensive business plans, and present findings to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business/finance/economics/engineering or equivalent
• MBA preferred with emphasis on strategy/ corporate development
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support and lead elements of corporate strategy development and planning initiatives
• Assist in due diligence, negotiations, and drafting of term sheets and definitive agreements
• Develop and present business plans and market analyses to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures and help manage related processes
