Zusammenfassung

IG ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior strategy and transformation leader to own IG’s most important strategic initiatives across Asia and APAC. You will turn loosely defined problems into clear, executable plans that shape the regional commercial agenda.

You will work with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations and local market leadership to deliver growth, efficiency and new propositions across APAC.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in strategy, transformation, business operations, consulting, corporate development or complex project leadership, ideally in financial services, fintech, brokerage, investing, wealth or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to take major strategic initiatives from concept through execution and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn unstructured issues into clear frameworks and decisions.
• Strong commercial judgement, including comfort with business cases, unit economics and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative and qualitative data.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end from problem definition through implementation and measurable business impact.
• Structure ambiguous business questions into clear workstreams, hypotheses, decisions and action plans.
• Build business cases covering revenue potential, costs, contribution economics, investment requirements, and risks.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive analysis to identify where IG has a right to win.
• Support market and product expansion by assessing attractiveness, regulatory feasibility and operating needs.
• Develop launch and transformation roadmaps across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Risk and Compliance.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders to keep initiatives on track across functions and markets.
• Identify risks, dependencies and execution gaps early and propose clear recommendations.
• Define KPIs and commercial outcomes for each project and track performance against the business case.
