Job summary

IG Group in Singapore seeks a Head of Strategic Projects, APAC to own and drive IG's most important strategic initiatives across Asia. You will translate complex business problems into executable plans and measurable commercial outcomes, while coordinating with Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, senior stakeholder influence and a track record of delivering cross-functional programmes in a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, transformation, business operations or complex project leadership.
• Proven ability to take major strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills, including ROI and unit economics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn unstructured issues into frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end, from problem definition through implementation and measurable impact.
• Structure ambiguous questions into clear workstreams and decisions.
• Build business cases covering revenue potential, costs and risks.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive analysis.
• Develop launch roadmaps across functions and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Define KPIs and track performance against business case.
