IG Group in Singapore seeks a senior Head of Product & Design for APAC to own the regional product and design strategy across Australia, Japan, Singapore and Emerging Markets. You will lead a large, multi‑market team, drive onboarding and KYC, funding and client lifecycle, and ship new products that win clients in diverse markets.
You will partner with global engineering and commercial leaders to consolidate platforms, localise experiences, and deliver a mobile‑first, growth‑driven product
Qualificações
- Experience leading product at scale in regulated digital finance.
- Proven ability to manage multi-market product and design teams.
- Strong focus on monetisation and commercial outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Own the APAC product vision, strategy and roadmap across four markets.
- Localise products for market differences in Australia, Japan, Singapore and Emerging Markets.
- Lead product design, UX research and ensure a beloved client experience.
- Oversee onboarding, KYC, funding and client lifecycle with a growth focus.
- Build and develop a large, multi-market product and design organisation.
