Job summary

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty Singapore Branch is seeking a senior leader to accelerate transformation across Asia. The role bridges Asia, Global Organizational Management, Allianz Technology and Group functions to leverage capabilities and drive strategic initiatives.

You will identify opportunities, enable adoption of AI, automation, and digital solutions, and mobilize resources to deliver regional priorities.

Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry domain is preferred.
PM and line management experience.
Cross-cultural and international work experience.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive the execution of the Improvements program with LoB & APAC Regional Heads to reduce complexity and increase throughput.
Act as primary interface for Finance process improvements, translating requirements into practical solutions.
Identify resources and skills for improvement projects and manage utilization.
Lead adoption of Agile, Project Management, SPA, and Process Mining methodologies.
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and governance bodies.
