Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a hands-on programme professional to act as the on-the-ground lead for regional transformation initiatives. You will work with the global team to adapt design, manage due diligence, and drive change across the Asia Pacific region.

You will split time across due diligence, process re-engineering, implementation and local change management, ensuring readiness and alignment with regional priorities and local context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, business transformation, or organisational change.
• Experience with operating model changes, offshoring, or shared services is desirable.
• Exposure to financial services or real estate is an advantage.
• Independent worker with credibility as sole on-ground team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional due diligence and design activities across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate process mapping and workshops using the programme framework.
• Develop regional implementation plans with local HR and operations.
• Track progress, risks and issues; report to global team.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of regional hub resources.
