Job summary

IG Group seeks a senior leader to own a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Asia and APAC. You will shape problem definition, build compelling business cases, align stakeholders and drive transformation from concept to realized value.

You will coordinate cross‑functional programmes across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance, with a focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills.
• Ability to turn unstructured issues into clear frameworks and decisions.
• Strong understanding of APAC markets and regulatory differences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end, from problem definition through implementation and measurable business impact.
• Structure ambiguous business questions into clear workstreams, hypotheses, decisions and action plans.
• Build business cases covering revenue potential, contribution economics, investment requirements, operational implications and risks.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive analysis and assess expansion feasibility.
• Develop launch and transformation roadmaps across multiple functions, driving cross‑team alignment.
• Define KPIs for each project and track performance against the business case.
