Job summary

SKIM ANALYTICAL PTE. LTD. seeks a senior APAC regional leader based in Singapore to guide a high‑visibility team and drive growth across APAC, including the Shanghai office. You will report to the Global Managing Directors and participate in the global leadership team.

The role combines commercial leadership, a consulting mindset, and hands‑on regional leadership to engage senior clients and build a strong, collaborative regional team capable of delivering strategic, business‑relevant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, insights, or client‑side strategy roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations.
• Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable business decisions.
• Solid understanding of how insights, analytics, and business strategy drive pricing, brand, and innovation.
• Experience leading teams in a matrix or multi‑market environment.
• Strong people leadership skills and collaborative team development.
• Hands‑on, visible leadership in a close‑knit regional team.
• Experience working in or with Asia‑Pacific markets.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the APAC region, aligned with SKIM’s global direction.
• Lead consultative transformation in APAC to deliver business impact.
• Drive regional growth, build a strong pipeline, and optimize financial performance.
• Advise senior clients with a credible point of view on business challenges.
• Develop and deepen strategic client partnerships to ensure tangible outcomes.
• Coordinate SKIM’s expertise across pricing, revenue management, brand, and analytics.
• Lead and develop the regional team and maintain a strong leadership presence in Singapore.
• Ensure alignment across the region, including growth and integration of the China office.
• Contribute to the global organization by sharing insights and best practices.
