Job summary

Rippling is hiring an Account Executive for the Singapore market to drive both high-velocity and strategic sales initiatives. The role is hybrid and based in Singapore, partnering with sales and cross-functional leadership to establish Rippling as a market leader in APAC.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, execute a territory plan with the SDR team, and consistently hit quota while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience selling in Singapore & Southeast Asia.
• 4+ years of quota-carrying AE experience in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll or global payroll products.
• Track record of top-decile performance in sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with growth and change.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle as a product expert for Rippling’s Global capabilities in Singapore.
• Outband and territory strategy execution with SDR collaboration to generate opportunities.
• Close deals and consistently achieve quota attainment.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue accurately.
