Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Data Services in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager Coordinator, Desktops, to drive revenue growth for ICE Desktop services across APAC and manage key client relationships. You will train users on ICE Connect, ICE Chat Compliance, and ICE Options Analytics, coordinate internal resources, and resolve client issues while maintaining a client-centric advisory approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
2+ years of experience working within the financial services industry.
2+ years of client relationship experience.
Self-driven, motivated and proactive.
A client-centric, advisory type mentality.
Fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage since client language may be Hindi.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue on ICE Desktops suite within APAC and assigned accounts.
Maintain and expand the APAC revenue base and mitigate risks.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
Be the main liaison for major client inquiries and relationships.
