Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement.
• Good understanding of trading and market data technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with desktop trading and market data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively demonstrate ICE platforms.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support growth and adoption of ICE Desktop & Web Platforms.
• Investigate and resolve client-facing technical issues.
• Collaborate with Sales on revenue generation activities.
