Wand Synthesis AI Inc. seeks a Regional VP Sales to lead enterprise sales across Singapore and APAC.

Based in Singapore, you will cultivate relationships with major local enterprises, drive strategic opportunities, and position Wand as a trusted AI transformation partner in Singapore and APAC. The ideal candidate has a strong local network and a proven ability to close complex technology deals with large organizations, including banks, insurers, GLCs.

Competenze

10+ years in enterprise technology sales.
Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals.
Experience selling to C-level executives (CIOs/CTOs) at large enterprises.
Experience in dynamic startup environments with fast-paced execution.
Proven success closing deals across Singapore and APAC.
Existing network in financial services, insurance, or related sectors in Singapore/APAC.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Fluent English; Mandarin/Bahasa advantageous.

Engage with C-level executives (CIOs/CTOs) at region's largest enterprises as a trusted partner.
Own the full deal lifecycle from discovery to close with accountability for regional revenue.
Support transformation journeys, guiding internal alignment and AI-augmented work shifts.
Represent Wand at regional meetings and key industry events as a senior ambassador.
Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with discipline and speed.
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Singapore and APAC with focus on enterprise accounts.
