Multiverse Computing in Singapore is hiring a Sales Director to lead high-value enterprise engagements from Singapore, acting as the sole ground presence and driving APAC growth. You will own the deal lifecycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with C-level clients and coordinating with Europe HQ across time zones.

The role offers direct access to C-level clients, a unique AI/quantum software stack, and the chance to build a regional presence from scratch in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Native Singaporean or long-term expat based in Singapore with work rights and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years sales experience in startups and scale-ups, including ≥10 years in senior sales roles.
• 2 years selling AI/infrastructure solutions and familiarity with LLM go-to-market.
• Experience coordinating with Europe HQ across time zones on deals, proposals and forecasting.
• Established network of senior C-level contacts in Singapore.
• Proven track record closing €2M–€10M+ enterprise deals.
• Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales lifecycle for large, complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through closing and long-term partnerships.
• Build and close high-value deals (€2M to €10M+) with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver against ambitious annual revenue targets while prioritising long-term customer value.
• Drive consultative sales of CompactifAI to large corporates and regional HQs, engaging government-linked organisations.
