Job summary

EXFO is seeking a qualified candidate to join our APAC NEMs and Labs team in Thailand. You will manage and grow sales within the assigned territory and market segment, with Thailand (Bangkok) as the preferred location. The role involves developing and implementing key account sales plans and selling to management levels in NEMs, photonics, and related sectors.

The ideal candidate has expertise in optics, high-speed testing, and related measurement tools, and can travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling communications test equipment.
• English written and verbal proficiency.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Optics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer engagement, including understanding use cases and leading commercial negotiations.
• Provide support at trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain key account plans to grow territory.
