Exfo Asia is seeking a highly connected, strategic market leader to expand our influence across the AI infrastructure ecosystem in APAC with a global impact. You will develop executive relationships, identify emerging opportunities, and connect market needs with EXFO’s innovation, solution strategy, and long‑term growth priorities.

Singapore is the preferred location, with openness to Malaysia or Australia for strong APAC relationships and regional mobility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the data center ecosystem, optical networking, cloud or AI infrastructure, submarine networks.
• Well‑established APAC network spanning hyperscalers, NeoClouds, data center operators, contractors, system integrators, or similar ecosystem players.
• Strategic, market‑oriented mindset with market intelligence capabilities.
• Ability to influence across Sales, Business Units, Product Management, and Strategy without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel across APAC and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, NeoClouds, data center operators, DCI builders, contractors, system integrators, submarine ecosystem stakeholders, and Sovereign AI programs.
• Support executive engagement and long‑term development of priority strategic accounts with Global Account Managers and Regional Sales Leadership.
• Identify market gaps, investment priorities, technology shifts, and opportunities across Intra-DC, DCI, optical, submarine, and AI infrastructure ecosystems.
• Act as a Voice of the Market by translating insights into actionable recommendations for Business Units, PM, Market Strategy, and Solution Strategy.
• Improve alignment and opportunity visibility across Intra-DC and DCI sales teams without direct sales ownership.
• Influence technology and solution roadmaps through market feedback and ecosystem intelligence.
